- What were your strengths at this station? What kinds of questions seemed easy for you to solve? Did this quiz increase your knowledge of equations and inequalities? Explain.
- What were your weaknesses at this station? What kinds of questions were difficult to solve? What can you do to prepare for a similar quiz like this in the future?
Reminders:
- You should have at least ONE PARAGRAPH per bullet point, that is, one paragraph that discusses your strengths and one paragraph that discusses your weaknesses at this station.
- Your reflection should be posted on this blog by Sunday, April 9, 2017 at 10PM. I would suggest you write your reflection the moment you are finished with this station so that you don't forget to do it.
- Any reflections posted after 10PM on Sunday, April 9, 2017 will not be counted for a grade. Utilize your time during break, lunch, Academic Lab, or after school to work on your reflections at school if you do not have access to a computer or Internet at home BEFORE THE DUE DATE.
At this station I didn't have a hard time on because I'm getting used to inequalities and equations. The questions that were easy to me is when it asks you to solve for the solution set. I also find the questions where they ask you the definition of the words easy. I think this quiz did expand and increase my knowledge on equations and inequalities because it refreshed my memory. The questions asked were not too hard and not too easy.
ReplyDeleteThe only thing I found difficult in this station is remembering when to move around your sign. Sometimes I forget when to switch around the sign when I multiply or divide negative numbers on both signs. To prepare for a similar problem like this is to study....
At this station , nothing really hard for me , because i have getting into inequalities because it is just like solving equation , you just have to keep the sign of the inequalities. The quizizz is just asking the definition of the vocabulary words of our lesson and 2 or more inequalities .
ReplyDeleteSomething i am not good at is that when the sign moves i get confused on which one is it because every time when I get it wrong and my next try it mixes up and I will get confused really fast , but now I am used to it already.
At this station, it wasn't really hard but it took me a while to get it all correct. I got stuck on one of the vocabulary word but i checked my notes and got it all correct the next try.
ReplyDeleteAnother thing i found confusing is the graphing inequalities because i forgot about the close circle and the open circle.
At this station it wasn't really hard for me. As i attempt my 3rd try I got everything correct because of remembering the answers on the 1st and 2nd try. It was difficult at first remembering the signs then i kept trying. for me I have to write down the signs on a piece of paper.
ReplyDeleteThe one I'm not good at is the signs of the inequalities, it is very confusing for me because sometimes the sign changes.
In the first try i got 3 wrong then i kept improving after i reached the 3rd try.
at station 3 it was kind of hard but i looked at the question good and answer it carefully in the quizzes they have inequality when i get it wrong they mix it up then they let me answer the one i always get it wrong is the graphing inequality then i got it correct the easy one is equation it is kind of easy when i got use to the answers
ReplyDeletemy weakness was inequality and the graphing inequality when i get it wrong i always the get inequality wrong some right
In Station 3 it was kinda difficult for me because the questions are too hard and when after i answered look at it carefully i got the questions correct so you have too look at graphing inequality carefully but after i done it. but after the second time i got it right.
ReplyDeleteMy strengths at this station was solving the inequality equations and graphing the solution sets and everything really. Almost everything was fairly easy for me to solve, I really didn't have a problem. The quiz didn't really increase my knowledge because what was on the quiz I already knew so there wasn't really anything new.
ReplyDeleteI didn't really have any weaknesses at this station that were on the quiz. I don't really remember if this was one the quiz or not but I have trouble figuring out how to answer the inequality when you divide. For example, 3x<5. When you divide it would it just stay as x < 5/3 or does it change??
At this station I had a hard time on the graphing which I need more practice so I can understand. Some questions were easy and good to understand but in all I still need practice and need to ask more questions. The graphing got me stuck but lucky thing I practice for a little bit. So overall I still need practice .
ReplyDeleteAt this station my strengths were the inequalities, with the inequalities the graphing on the number line was the easiest. It was easiest because the sign was very obvious to where the line would go but with everything else I had to solve and figure this out, and I'm not really strong with area so it was really hard. It was hard for me because I didn't know whether or not to flip the sign, take out the sign, and how to check the inequality set.
